FSP Group has been researching and developing power supply for more that 30 years, whose patents range from the whole power supply industry, including PC power, IPC power, redundant power, adapter power, LED lighting power, TV power, UPS, PV inverter, Medical power and Energy Storage System.

This technology is applied to the CRPS power supply. The power backplane assembly converts a part of the first voltage from the backplane body into the second voltage using the conversion circuit board such that the output circuit board can at least output the first voltage and the second voltage. By outputting different voltages, it can meet the various voltage requirements of external devices.

This technology is applied to the Burn-in test system. After the testing operation is performed on the power supply device, the testing power generated by performing the testing operation may be reused for driving the virtual currency calculating circuit to perform the virtual currency calculating operation. The testing power may be applied to perform a real-time virtual currency calculation, so as to gain additional revenue.  

This technology is applied to the elongated type ATX power supply and the elongated type FLEX power supply. The power supply fixing structure includes a connecting component and an interconnect structure formed at an outer casing of the elongated type power supply. Without changing the original power connection structure on the casing, the elongated type power supply is reliably connected to the casing.

This technology is applied to the Burn-in test system. After the testing operation is performed on the power supply device, the testing power generated by performing the testing operation may be reused for driving the calculating circuit to perform the calculating operation. The testing power may be applied to perform a real-time calculation, so as to gain additional revenue.  

This technology is applied to the adapter power. The current detecting circuit can allow the control circuit to correctly trigger the protection mechanism by the determination condition “the first current sensing value is not greater than the first overcurrent protection value and the second current sensing value is greater than the second overcurrent protection value” in the case where the accuracy of the second current sensing value is lower than the accuracy of the first current sensing value. The power apparatus successfully pass the test items of the limited power source, the manufacturing cost of the power apparatus may also be reduced.

This technology is applied to the LED lighting power. The illumination power circuit convert an analog dimming signal from an analog dimmer into a digital dimming signal, to allow a digital controller to utilize firmware functions therein to process the digital dimming signal, and correspondingly control DC signals output from a LED driving circuit, in order to achieve the purpose of digital dimming. The user needs to modify the analog dimmer only, and advantages of PWM digital dimming can be obtained.

This technology is applied to the charger of electric carrier.  On the basis of the control of the switch circuit and the mutually collaborated operation of the two constant voltage control mechanisms, in case of whether a single hardware fault or a single firmware fault, the safety mechanism of the charging device provides an output voltage to be lower than a safe voltage.  

This technology is applied to Power Delivery adapter. The present invention provides at least two power supply modules connected in parallel for a power rail, and allows a controller to select the corresponding power supply module according to a voltage requirement signal. Thus, more extensive voltage output capabilities are provided, and good power conversion efficiency is achieved at the same time.

This technology is applied to portable electronic products such as laptops, gaming consoles.
In the element layout of the power adapter, the positions and directions of four elements, the electromagnetic interference filter, the shielding element, the power factor correction inductor, and the transformer on the front side of the circuit board, are designed first. Next, the positions and directions of smaller-sized electronic elements are arranged and thereby effectively enhances the space utilization and power density of the circuit board.

This technology is applied to the CRPS power supply. When the power supply is in the extremely light loading state, a conductive voltage of the switch transistor may be lowered, or the number of conductive switch transistors among the switch transistors may be reduced, in order to reduce power consumption caused by switching of the switch transistors, and thereby improve the efficiency of the power supply.

This technology is applied to a master-slave interchangeable power supply device.

1. Power is introduced into the device by power supply.  

2. Before the Master device is started, the power control module is used to complete the output specification setting of the master device.  

3. The program in which the power control module provides the power supply unit provides the working power required by the master device to enter the working state, and then the power control module switches back to slave mode.

The architecture automatically adjusts the output specifications to accommodate a variety of different power supply units, greatly simplifying inventory management of power supply device. 

This technology is applied to the power converter. Use the power converter circuit provides the continuous conduction mode and the discontinuous conduction mode to suppress the voltage spike, achieve the recovery of leakage inductance energy, and perform zero voltage spike. The power converter technical can overcome the limitations of design in the application of the low-power power supply circuit. It will reduce switching losses and promote efficiency of the power converter.

This technology is applied to the inverter of the photovoltaic system. The inverter by determining whether the power variation between the disturbed input power and the undisturbed input power is greater than the predetermined variation, an error of the MPPT operation occurred due to shift of the input power caused by sampling a system noise is avoided, so as to improve operation stability of the whole inverter.

This technology is applied to the inverter of the photovoltaic system. The inverter using the voltage regulator-based ground detection circuit, and thereby generate one ground indication voltage indicating the voltage difference of the photovoltaic ground terminal of the photovoltaic module and the output terminal of the voltage regulator.  The inverter can determine whether a ground fault occurs to the photovoltaic module according to whether the ground indication voltage is located within the normal voltage range, and accordingly enable a corresponding protection mechanism.

This technology is applied to the power adapter. Using the front-end input rectifier filter circuit is independently disposed on the auxiliary circuit board, the main circuit board has more space for configuring circuit wirings and components. Therefore, under a condition of same electrical parameters and dimensions, the volume of the power adapter  is only a half of that of the existing power adapter, which satisfies a demand for miniaturization of the electronic devices.

This technology is applied to the redundant power supply. The slave power converter may be instructed to operate in the no-load conversion state and may not enter the sleep mode. If the master power converter can no longer supply power in a normal manner, the slave power converter enhances the voltage level of the auxiliary power onto the working voltage level, such that the main power can be replaced by the auxiliary power. The power supply to the load  is not terminated by the overly long time of awakening the slave power converter. 

This technology is applied to the elongated type power supply. The power supply fixing structure includes a connecting component and an interconnect structure formed at an outer casing of the elongated type power supply. Without changing the original power connection structure on the casing, the  elongated type power supply is reliably connected to the casing.

This technology is applied to the adapter power. With an input port configured at the converter in the additional function device, detachable assembly and connection to a power core unit can be achieved, and a plurality of power core units can be further assembled and connected to achieve a composite or redundant power output. External power supply module provides diversified matching capabilities, enablingthe external power supply module to be effectively utilized and reducing resource waste.
