All the FSP models adhere to the ATX12V or ATX 12V ver.2.01 specifications will power a P4. They come as standard with the 4-pin connector. The amount of power required is total of the entire system and not just the CPU. PSUs rated less than 180W in total combined power are not recommended for P4 systems and do not have extra cabling supplied.
