In order to build the identical industry and product’s image of SPI Electronic Co.,Ltd and FSP, we have decided to change our original English company name from SPI Electronic Co.,Ltd.』to 『FSP Technology Inc.』。

During the transition stage( the deadline is 2007/06/30 ) , 『SPI Electronic Co.,Ltd.』and 『FSP Technology Inc.』will be coexisting.

Because the modifying of our English company name is only the part of appellation, we will modify other related materials continually.

The most important is all of rights of our customers and suppliers will be the same as before. So you do not have to change any documents and contracts.
